House Rules

Dear Guests,
We would like to take this opportunity to inform you of our house rules, so your stay with us would be as pleasant as possible. For all information, please contact the front desk.

1. Each guest is obligated to check in at the front desk and submit an identity card or a passport and a credit card number as collateral.

2. Documents will be returned to the guest after registration is completed and his/her name entered into our Guest Book. Rooms may be used only by duly registered persons who have checked in. Valuables and money may be placed in the safe deposit box at the front desk or in the safe deposit box in your room.

3. Pets are allowed to stay in rooms but that service is subject to extra charge.

4. Guests are not allowed to keep neither easily flammable substances and explosives, nor substances of a strong and unpleasant odor in their rooms.

5. Damaging room furnishings and taking it outside the room is forbidden.

6. Please report all technical defaults, malfunctions and damage to the front desk staff.

7. Guests are not allowed to enter the restaurant and other hotel premises in swimming costumes, pajamas and slippers.

8. Please take a moment to read the evacuation plan in case of a fire hazard located on the inner side of your room door. Also, please notify the front desk staff immediately should you encounter a suspected fire hazard.

9. Your minibar contains food and beverages. Please report the products you have consumed when checking out, otherwise we will charge the cost to your credit card submitted during registration procedure.

10. When using any hotel amenity, you must sign the appropriate form.

11. Food and beverages are served according to the valid menu and wine list.

12. Room service of food and beverages is available upon guest’s request according to the price list that may be found in every room.

13. The guest must leave the room before 11 am.

14. If you wish to prolong your stay please notify the reception in a timely manner.

15. Up until your departure baggage may be left in the wardrobe and baggage carrying service is not subject to extra charge.

16. House rules and price lists are located in each room.

17. Further service may be denied to the guest in breach of these rules, especially if he/she is disturbing other guests. The notice period is 24 hours.

18. Please notify the front desk staff of any commendations, suggestions and complaints or simply use the comment form you will find in your room.
